As VZN Group, we have service sales and corporate agreements in many countries, particularly in Turkey. Online sales made through our website, sales made by our marketing department, clinics, hotels, domestic and international agencies with which our company has agreements, corporate companies we regularly serve, restaurants, cafes, entertainment venues, tour operator agencies, external VZN Group sales representatives, and many other businesses operating in the areas we serve upload their services to the RYPanel Job Pool using a dedicated panel. 

RYPanel Business Pool is a digital platform with a user-friendly interface where our service providers can access the reservations in the pool according to the service category they provide, approve reservations that fit their schedule, generate business and earn income, and pay the right amount for these services.

Application and Integration Processes

Companies providing the services mentioned above can initiate the application process on this page and submit their applications by uploading the required information and documents to the system. To be approved for RYPanel membership, service providers must possess the documentation and qualifications required by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, relevant municipalities, and government institutions for their services, and they must upload these documents to their profiles. Our company fully complies with relevant laws and regulations for all services and ensures that all its partners do the same. Our company policies never compromise on this issue.

After the Preliminary Application is made, a preliminary evaluation is made and when it is decided that the Service Provider is Sufficient, İş Ortaklığı Departmanı başvuruda bulunan Hizmet Sağlayıcısı ile iletişime geçer ve çalışma sistemleri hakkında genel bilgilendirmelerde bulundukduktan sonra üyeliği onaylar ve Hizmet Sağlayıcının RYPanel’e erişimi sağlanılır.

Working System and Payment Method

There's a constant turnover of business in the RYPanel Job Pool. You can find reservations for the next day, as well as reservations for months or even years in advance. Service Providers can only view reservations related to their service areas in the Booking Pool. For example, a service provider offering transfer services can only view transfer reservations, services like Chauffeured Vehicle Allocation and VIP Tours in the pool. Our company allows Service Providers to only accept business in areas for which they are authorized. If a carrier with a D2-B2 Authorization Certificate wants to confirm an airport transfer service from the RYPanel job pool, they can obtain all the necessary information from the Booking Card (Date, Time, Vehicle Type, Start and End Address, Number of People, and Service Fee, etc.). They review all the information. If they believe their fleet is suitable for this service or that making this reservation is profitable, they confirm the reservation. The confirmed reservation is automatically removed from the pool, and they can review other details of the reservation and carry out the necessary operations. Once the transfer is completed, the transfer is credited to the Service Provider's Current Account.

While some payments for services offered on RYPanel are made in cash for the vehicle, a significant portion is paid monthly to our company by our Employer partners, as per our agreements. Therefore, all services performed by service providers during the month are recorded in their current account. If a completed reservation includes a cash payment for the vehicle, this remains with the service provider. On the first day of the month following the end of the month, RYPanel emails the Service Provider a list of all services performed during the month. The account statement includes a detailed list of all services performed during the billing period and any cash payments collected for the vehicle. Cash collections are deducted from the total revenue, and the remaining amount is paid into the Service Provider's account via EFT on the 15th of the month.

Service Provider Rating Algorithm

For all services operated on RYPanel, upon completion, the customer receives a link to rate the service and place a bet. This link is also sent to Employer customers through Employers. Customer reviews, whether positive or negative, directly impact the Service Provider's ranking on RYPanel. RYPanel assigns a star rating to each service provider. A 1-star rating indicates the worst service provider, while a 5-star rating is considered the best service provider and appears as a preferred supplier. This allows service providers with a high rating to be the first to view jobs submitted to the RYPanel job pool and approve the service before anyone else. Service providers whose rating falls below 3 stars are subject to review by our company, and if they fail to improve their service quality, their connection to RYPanel will be terminated, and their employment with us will be permanently terminated.

This algorithm gives the priority that service providers deserve when they provide the service they provide, and it also restricts and eventually prevents businesses that provide poor service from serving our customers.
