Where can I join the free shuttle to join your tour?
In order to provide our guests with easy access to our Tour, our service vehicle will pick you up from your address in certain areas of Fatih, Beyoğlu, Şişli and Beşiktaş and will drop you off at your address at the end of the Tour.
What time will the Free Shuttle pick us up?
It may vary depending on your address. Our service vehicles start collecting our guests from their addresses at 19:30. You can contact our customer representative to find out the exact time that suits you.
Do I pay additional fees?
The service content is specified in the Tour ticket you have purchased. Apart from this, if you wish, you can benefit from our services such as taking souvenir photos and pay an additional fee, but apart from this, Meals, Drinks, Free Service and All Activities are included in the price.
How many glasses of alcohol are allowed in the Alcoholic Menu?
You are entitled to 2 glasses of alcohol on the Alcoholic Menu.
If I purchase a Private Transfer service, is the price the same for all districts of Istanbul?
When you additionally purchase our Private Transfer service, you will have the opportunity to travel from all districts of Istanbul except the Islands with the specified transfer price.
